The Wilstream team provides incoming and outgoing call processing services for iTicket.

To set up the service, a short code (XXX format) was integrated, making calls to this number free for iTicket customers. A specially trained team of operators was created for this project, ready to handle all incoming calls.

Using specialized software, the operators enter booking data into a shared database and send reports to iTicket staff. The operators' performance is regularly monitored and undergoes quality control.
